Staff - Sandra and Pierre were amazing, Victoria and Enis were friendly. Location - 5 mins from Hauptbahnhof, less than 10 mins to Altstadt. Breakfast - good continental option. Bar - relaxed atmosphere, integrated with reception. Rooms - modern, comfortable bed, spacious loft option.

The self-service concept at Ruby Rosi Hotel is great. We enjoyed the modern and comfortable rooms, especially the spacious loft room. The location is convenient, just a few minutes from the train station and close to the old town. The bed was comfortable and the showers were good, with nice toiletries provided. The internet was fast and free, perfect for staying connected. Despite a few minor issues, the staff was friendly and helpful.

Great location, just a short walk from the train station and the main shopping area. The room was trendy and had a nice design, even though it was a bit small. It was also quiet, which allowed for a peaceful rest.

There were some inconveniences. The room lacked basic amenities like cups/glasses, a kettle, and a fridge.

The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the train station and the vibrant pedestrian street. The hotel is located in a very convenient area, close to everything and just a short walk from the main Train Station. It's perfect for families with children, as there are plenty of shops and restaurants just around the station too. The rooms are pleasant and super clean, providing a comfortable stay for the whole family. The staff is friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. the breakfast served at the hotel is fabulous, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day.

There was a lack of instructions on how to obtain certain things, such as a fridge in the room, which would have been very helpful for families with children.

Great hotel concept, self-service but staff available. Nice bar on upper floor. Spacious rooms with all facilities. Comfy mattress and duvet. Centrally located, close to Hauptbahnhof and Altstadt. Good continental breakfast. Relaxed atmosphere in bar area.

We absolutely loved staying at this place. The location was perfect for us, right next to the train station with lots of things to see and do in the surrounding streets. The customer service was top-notch, from the friendly staff, to the housekeeping that kept our room immaculate and welcoming drink provided upon our arrival. The room amenities were fantastic, from the perfectly heated and air conditioned living spaces to the private terrace and soundproofed rooms. The flat-screen TV and parquet flooring were welcome touches. The dining bar and lounge area had an excellent selection of tasty snacks and special diet menus. The staff were incredibly helpful, and we appreciated the leisure live entertainment and sun terrace. Free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, coffee shop, lift, and express check-in/out made our stay stress-free and straightforward.

Highly recommended to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
